  My name is Tara Louis-Jean and I am a member of the Pegasus Program at La Salle Academy. The Pegagus Program is an extra class that Freshman are given the opportunity to apply for at the end of the academic year. Students who are part of the Pegasus Program, create their own project and work on it outside of school throughout the year in addition to their normal classes.

The Program’s objective is enhancing intellectual ability, creativity, task commitment, and leadership skills. It offers students the opportunity to balance academics, extracurricular activities and community service commitments.

Program Criteria
Student must be a participant of the .1 Integrated Honors Program, achieve a Grade Point Average of 85 and above, receive favorable teacher and parent recommendations, and demonstrate evidence of talent or giftedness: Above Average Intelligence, Creativity, Task Commitment and , Dedication.
